About the Role:

The Retail Pharmacy Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate cash and charge transactions. This includes operating a cash register, processing accurate cash and charge transactions, and maintaining the clean and orderly cashier area.

You will also assist patients in finding OTC products, assist with pricing orders, and provide quality service in a caring and professional manner. In this role, you will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register during specified hours of operation
  • Process accurate cash and charge transactions
  • Maintain the clean and orderly cashier area
  • Assist patients in finding OTC products
  • Assist with pricing orders
  • Provide quality service in a caring and professional manner
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have one to three years of cashier experience and be able to operate a cash register, answer phone calls, and give back proper change. A high school or equivalent education is preferred.
