Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Laredo. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- BLS certification (or obtained during orientation).
- Current state nursing license.
- Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care certifications (or obtained within six months of employment).
