Job SummaryThis is a travel nursing opportunity that requires a strong background in critical care and progressive care unit settings. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a progressive care unit setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a PCU or critical care setting
- Current RN licensure in the state where the facility is located
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
The pay package for this role includes:
- $127992 per week, based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
