Electrical Foreman Job Description

Hypower LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our team in delivering exceptional electrical services.

  • 8+ years of electrical experience with a strong understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license.
  • Proven ability to create detailed work plans, interpret plans and specifications, and proactively identify and resolve problems.
  • Technical proficiency in Procore, Outlook, Smartsheets, and Open Space.
Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical crews in the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement work plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Train and mentor junior electrical technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and scope.
