Job SummaryThe Clinical Quality Specialist is a clinical leader who functions across service lines and locations as part of the management team. This role collaborates with compliance and nursing services to facilitate clinical and administrative duties related to clinical staff workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with service line leaders to facilitate clinical and administrative duties
- Perform clinical education, quality assessment, and improvement initiatives across multiple specialties
- Ensure clinical practice standards align with WakeMed policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. No weekend or call requirements.
