Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Utilize diagnostic tools and assessment skills to deliver effective treatment modalities and ensure patient safety.
- Communicate Effectively: Establish strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and quality care.
- Maintain HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard sensitive patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Operate Company Vehicles Safely: Demonstrate knowledge of proper driving procedures and response tactics to ensure safe transportation of patients.
- Perform Regular Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and supplies are in good working order and maintain a safe working environment.
- Meet Licensure and Training Requirements: Maintain current licensures and training certifications, including State of Wisconsin Paramedic license and American Heart Association CPR card.
- Education and Experience: Minimum of high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience in a Paramedic role, and current/valid State of Wisconsin Paramedic license with Critical Care endorsement.
- Professional Qualities: Possess tact, patience, and a positive attitude, with the ability to function productively in individual and team environments.
- Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 125 pounds, and meet fitness for duty requirements set forth by Bell Ambulance policies.
