Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in immigration petitions before USCIS, EOIR, appeals tribunals, and the Connecticut Probate Court.
  • Provide full representation to clients, including direct contact and litigation support.
  • Empower clients with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the immigration process.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of active experience in immigration law or family court.
  • Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese language.
  • Excellent writing, executive functioning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Connecticut bar admission or 5 years of admission in another state.
