Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests
  • Process sales transactions and fulfill ticket and season pass products
  • Operate a computer, cash drawer, and telephones
  • Assist with daily filing and organization of materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Strong interactive skills with guests and co-workers
  • Competent computer literacy and cashiering skills
  • Accurate cash handling and multi-tasking ability
  • Customer service experience and six months of cashiering experience

Working Conditions:

The work site is 85% inside and 15% outside, with occasional exposure to ice and snow. The position requires standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift, with breaks and lunch available between busy times.

This is a seasonal position, running from mid-November through mid-April, with weekends and holidays included.
