Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, deliver, and serve meals as instructed.
- Ensure meals are appealing, well-portioned, and served promptly.
- Assist the kitchen staff in meal preparation and verify dietary trays post-distribution.
- Organize kitchen and supplies for upcoming meal services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of utensils and work areas to ensure safety.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to create a warm, enthusiastic, and patient environment.
- Must obtain a Food Handler's Card within the first month of employment.
Note: All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a valid medical or religious exemption is provided.
