Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Perform basic electrical duties, including replacing motors, switches, and using electrical meters.
  • Make mechanical and technical adjustments to machines and equipment as needed.
  • Repair and replace parts as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of gearboxes, conveyors, high-speed machinery, pumps, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance procedures and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
  • Basic electrical duties and mechanical and technical adjustments to machines and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
  • Availability to work a 2nd shift schedule, Monday-Saturday.
