Host Job Description

At Chili's Grill & Bar, we're looking for a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to every guest, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Manage the wait list efficiently, keeping guests informed of wait times and making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate guest concerns to the Manager, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Answer phone calls within three rings, directing calls to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist fellow team members when needed, demonstrating a team-oriented mindset.

About You:

We're looking for someone with a friendly, warm, and caring attitude, always ready to greet with a smile. You should be able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment, able to work in a standing position for long periods, and safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary. No experience is necessary, just a passion for delivering exceptional service.
