Lawson BI Consultant - Strategic Project Leader

Overview

The Resource Informatics Group Inc is seeking an experienced Lawson BI Consultant to lead strategic projects. This role involves translating business requirements into Infor XA/MAPICS solutions, performing business process analysis, and developing project plans.

Estimated Salary

$market All inclusive per month (Southfield, MI)

Key Responsibilities

This position requires a strong understanding of IT consulting and functional manufacturing experience with Infor XA/MAPICS ERP. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing technical designs for functional specifications
  • Coordinating test activities and reviewing operation and technical support documentation
  • Managing project schedules and budgets, and guiding strategic analysis for projects
  • Organizing and managing all phases of projects, coordinating project team members, and assigning individual responsibilities as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least five years of successful IT project management experience within a consulting environment. Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Infor XA/MAPICS ERP experience
  • MS Project experience
  • Change management tools like MKS Implementer, Simon
  • Utilities experience: Turnover, Hawkeye, Robot, Mimix or others
  • Languages ILE RPG, CL400, Query Query/400, SQL/400
  • Database / Tools DB2 / SDA, RLU, DFU, SEU, PDM, ALDON
