Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Retail Sales Associates, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards and policies.
  • Process complex sales transactions, including customer returns and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
