About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, supporting them in all aspects of daily living. Your holistic approach will address their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality care possible.

In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm, providing day-to-day Physical Therapy treatments to meet resident's needs across our continuum of care. You will be responsible for implementing resident care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with older adults in therapy settings
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Current state license in physical therapy, where applicable
