Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Cleaner to join our team at Science Academies of New York. As a Night Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our school facilities during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, and other areas of the school
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners in trash cans
  • Restock janitorial supplies and paper products
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and polishers
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Operations Manager
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
