We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Maintenance Manager to join our team at Brookwood Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of our paint facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and Maintain IMS: Develop and implement a robust Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor RTO Performance: Regularly monitor the Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) of our paint equipment and log any downtime or issues.
- Develop Maintenance Programs: Create and manage predictive, preventative, and curative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Manage Maintenance Budget: Analyze and optimize maintenance costs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Procure Critical Spares and Contractors: Source and procure critical spare parts and specialist contractors as needed to maintain equipment uptime.
Requirements:
- Certification and Experience: Hold a certification in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC) and have at least 7-9 years of experience in maintenance management in a large manufacturing environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including ISO14001, ISO45001, HSE, IMS, POMS, OPTIMAP, OPTIPRO, SCOOP, KEOPS, and docshare.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
