Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapy services to one student on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.
About the Position- Provide direct therapy services to one student on a part-time basis (30-minute sessions once a week)
- Keep detailed notes on therapy sessions
- Collaborate with Special Education staff in regards to the student's progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings
- Florida OT License
- Able to commute
- Preferred: School-based and/or pediatrics experience
- Guaranteed hours
- Flexibility
- Benefits package available
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, based on national averages for part-time occupational therapists in Florida.
