Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule placements for medical assistant students.
  • Maintain communication with clinical affiliates through regular updates and newsletters to relay crucial clinical information.
  • Achieve assigned extern to hire metrics.
  • Ensure students meet clinical objectives and verify their progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and Graduate Employment Director to achieve all goals.
  • Assist in new clinical affiliate acquisition and preceptor orientation.
  • Document site visits and conduct audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide problem-solving support for students during clinic hours.
  • Engage in ongoing training, classroom instruction, and assessment activities.
Requirements
  • Must meet appropriate teacher qualifications for the program.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Self-starter, excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Marketing and/or sales experience a plus.
  • Must have current car insurance and valid unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must meet extern site contracts requirements.
