Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our beverage menu items, including liquor brands, beers, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, and mixed drinks.
  • Ensure guest safety by following proper beverage handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues and exceed their expectations.
