CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary and family evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform administrative duties, such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, and verifying insurance and collecting payment.
- Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness programs.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
