Job Summary:
The role involves receiving inventory, organizing it in designated locations, and ensuring accurate documentation in the in-house computer system. Responsibilities include preparing returns to manufacturers and staging orders for outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive customer relations by greeting and assisting all visitors
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized
- Process cores, warranties, and returns as necessary
- Participate in training sessions to enhance job proficiency
- Utilize dealership equipment safely and effectively
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager
- Verify receiving documents and follow up on shortages
- Check parts against invoices to ensure accuracy
Inbound Freight Management:
Prepare packing lists prior to the arrival of shipments, and address any allocation or availability issues with sales personnel. Inbound freight must be scanned, invoiced, and organized into their respective routes.
Qualifications:

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in word processing software and adaptability to new programs is required.
Attendance Requirements:
This position necessitates regular and reliable attendance.
Licenses:
Valid Driver's License is required.
