POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Artisan Bread Specialist's day commences early in the morning, with exact timings varying. Punctuality, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Craft exceptional bread following the DiBella's Bread Manual procedures.
- Adhere to the daily baking quantities outlined in the location's par list.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery, reporting any equipment issues.
- Utilize provided safety equipment to ensure the safety of both crew and guests.
- Prepare and serve menu items in accordance with portion guidelines.
- Set up deli products such as cheeses, meats, breads, condiments, sauces, napkins, and wrap paper.
- Create hot and cold sandwiches based on customer requests.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service consistently.
- Ensure cleanliness of grills, deli counters, sinks, and more.
- Develop a work pace that can handle busy periods.
- Complete all shift responsibilities.
- Keep customer-facing areas and food storage areas sanitary and orderly, meeting Health Department standards.
- Comply with Health Department Regulations.
- Show willingness to enhance product knowledge over time.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the baking manual.
- Capability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
- Effective communication skills with customers and co-workers.
