Job Summary:
Assured Nursing is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a travel nursing position in Telemetry. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Tele RN
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
