We are seeking a highly motivated Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing government and company property throughout its lifecycle. This includes conducting property audits and reporting, maintaining property in a secure facility, supporting Security and Instructors, and overseeing facilities at the company location.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in government property administration, experience handling and reporting on Government Furnished Property and Contractor Acquired Property, knowledge of property disposition processes, ability to organize and prioritize work in a constantly evolving environment, and professional demeanor and flexibility to work with a broad spectrum of partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conducting property audits and reporting in accordance with contractual requirements
* Maintaining property in a secure facility
* Supporting Security and Instructors to track student and trainer accesses during enrollment and course delivery
* Oversight of facilities at the company location
