PT Donation Coordinator

KARM Stores is seeking a skilled PT Donation Processor to join our team. As a key member of our processing team, you will play a vital role in accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise, and achieving daily and weekly production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept and process donations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Presort and price merchandise to meet company standards.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals, including achieving a minimum of 35 pieces produced per hour.
• Assist the team in living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.

Requirements:

1. Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
2. Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
3. Basic computer skills, including general typing and web browsing capabilities.
4. Ability to interpret and follow instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
5. Physical ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform moderate to heavy physical activity.
