Job Overview:
As a Part-Time Custodian within the Environmental Services team at Broken Bow Casino, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our gaming facilities. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $14.00 per hour and operates primarily during the second shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:

  • Restocking housekeeping supplies upon delivery.
  • Utilizing cleaning agents to maintain cleanliness in various areas.
  • Operating cleaning machinery to ensure all public and staff areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and the casino floor, are spotless.
  • Cleaning carpets, upholstery, and draperies using appropriate equipment.
  • Managing waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles and cleaning ashtrays.
  • Washing windows, walls, and other surfaces to uphold facility standards.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Addressing any specific cleaning challenges as they arise.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in Environmental Services or Housekeeping within the hospitality sector.
  • A solid understanding of cleaning chemicals, their properties, and safe handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and tools, including basic maintenance knowledge.
  • Awareness of cleaning standards and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
