Physician - Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician - Primary Care Specialist to provide exceptional medical care to our employees and their families in Carrollton.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong background in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine. As a Physician - Primary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct medical care, offering episodic, preventive, and acute healthcare services.
Main Responsibilities- Medical Care Provision: Provide direct medical care to company employees and family members aged 2 and older, including episodic, preventive, and acute healthcare services.
- Occupational Health Services: May provide occupational health services in some health centers, including post-offer physicals and medical monitoring.
- Patient Education and Referrals: Conduct histories and physical examinations, prescribe medications and treatments, educate patients on medical issues, and provide referrals to internal and external medical resources as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accredited Medical School: You should be a graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Primary Care Experience: You should have experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
- Licensed to Practice Medicine: You should be licensed to practice medicine in the state where the site is located.
- Certifications: You should be Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine, and have current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for healthcare providers.
- Technical Skills: You should have knowledge of Internet software, spreadsheets, and word processing, and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and workplace health and safety concepts.
The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
