Cardiac Sonographer Specialist

As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cardiac ultrasound procedures, including M-MODE, 2D, PW/CW DOPPLER, COLOR FLOW IMAGING, TRANSESOPHAGEAL AND CONTRAST ULTRASOUND studies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform professional quality cardiac ultrasound procedures according to the standards and guidelines of the American Society of Echocardiography
* Utilize specialized knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, physics, principles, and procedures to provide accurate diagnoses
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

* 3+ years of progressive experience in Cardiac ultrasound (echo) procedures
* Completion of a Cardiac Diagnostic Ultrasound education program
* Registered diagnostic cardiac sonographer (RDCS) certification

Work Schedule:

* Tuesday and Friday, 10 hour shifts
* Rotation of on-call coverage, approximately once every 8 weeks
