Requirements:

  • Ensures the safety of the children entrusted in care.
  • Submit to a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB testing upon hire.
  • Organizes, designs, and leads activities to promote physical, mental, and social development.
  • Participates in continued professional development for childcare workers.
  • Maintains all state requirements for childcare workers.
  • Physical requirements: the ability to lift children (25 lbs) and standing for prolonged periods.
