As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for addressing minor plumbing issues, including unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and fixing leaking faucets. Your role will also involve performing various minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall holes. Additionally, you will conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and well-lubricated.

2. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
