We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at a hospital in Hyannis, Massachusetts. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, assisting and positioning patients, working standing for extended periods, and ensuring safety precautions are taken when working with radiation.

About the Position

This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension, requiring 40 hours per week of work. The contracted Radiologic Technologist will be expected to work 10-hour shifts, days only. A tax-free stipend amount will be determined based on the location and duration of the contract.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment
  • Assist and position patients
  • Work standing for extended periods
  • Ensure precautions are taken to ensure safety when working with radiation
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an X-ray technician program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or another accrediting agency approved by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • An American Heart Association BLS certification
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior relevant experience
