LPN Unit Manager and Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the role of LPN Unit Manager and Clinical Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of nursing and patient care within our nursing center.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a LPN Unit Manager and Clinical Lead. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the overall operations of nursing and patient care
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
* Provide guidance and leadership to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
* Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with 3 years of experience
* BSN with 2 years of experience
* At least one year of nurse leadership experience
* Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the state where the nursing center is located
* Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
