  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to minimize dwell times, re-appoint loads, and convert to drop trailer pools with customers.
  • Customer Service and Support: Understand area customer KPIs, including trailer pool requirements, service numbers, and commitments.
  • Financial Performance and Service Levels: Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities to enhance financial performance and service levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or logistics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in motor carrier operations.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, ability to maintain high accuracy in preparing and entering information, strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to organize, direct, and manage multiple tasks in a changing complex environment.
