Dental Care Provider

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate dentist to provide exceptional patient care in a clinical setting. As a Dental Care Provider, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing oral health issues, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Perform routine dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals, to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Administer local anesthesia and sedatives as required to ensure patient comfort.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices to empower them to take control of their oral health.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care.
- Review and update patient medical histories and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Consult with specialists as needed for complex cases or referrals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Practice Management:
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the highest level of care.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and certification in CPR to ensure you're up-to-date with the latest life-saving techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff, building strong relationships and trust.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in dental care.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
