Host - Neyland

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team at Calhoun's Neyland Drive location. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the layout of the restaurant, ensuring tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner.
• Greet guests with a smile and a welcome, explaining and directing our system of seating.
• Communicate volume levels to Management and Staff.
• Work well in a group and under some stress.
• Be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. frequently.
• Stand, bend, and walk the entire workday.

TO GO Hosts:

• This is a position attained after successful Host duty execution or GM approval.
• Will be required to enter and exit building numerous times to service To Go Guests in their cars.
• Must be able to operate handheld payment devices and cash when necessary.
• Be able to multi-task and assist regular Hosts as needed.
