Job Description

Bonded Filter Company is seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in the St. Louis region. As a Filter Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.
  • Work independently with remote supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Travel overnight to various locations within your region, with meals and accommodations paid for by the company.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, subject to monthly review.
  • Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
  • Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
  • Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Must be willing and able to potentially work 40-50 hours per week.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in facility and/or grounds maintenance, construction, HVAC, cable installation, route driving, or roofing.
