Role Summary:
As an Anesthesia Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing patient care related to anesthesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate call coverage by coordinating with medical staff for absences.
- Maintain high standards of practice for the patient demographic.
- Oversee clinical decision-making in your practice.
- Advise on operational policies including budgeting, managed care participation, and compliance.
- Provide after-hours coverage for patient needs.
- Engage in community outreach and educational activities as needed.
- Ensure adherence to risk management and quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain a vigilant and safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
