Position Overview

The main duty of the Construction Supervisor is to organize and oversee all tasks assigned to the team.

  • Manage and coordinate all energized and de-energized tasks assigned to the team.
  • Oversee the performance of all team members.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of assigned company tools and equipment.
  • Take responsibility for the team’s performance.
  • Monitor and help enforce company safety regulations.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed or instructed.
Required Qualifications
  • Journeyman Classification
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Valid Class A CDL and medical certification required
  • Expertise in electrical distribution systems
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
