Job SummaryAdventist Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Tehachapi, California.
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
- Assess patient needs and develop effective imaging plans.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to HIPAA and other patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, and manage supply inventory.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Fluoroscopy license in the state of practice.
- Advanced Certification in CT (ACCT) or equivalent.
