• Work collaboratively with the Beauty Area Expert to maintain product knowledge and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive brand awareness and loyalty.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in retail sales or beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment.
