Job Title: Certified Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Certified Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be responsible for monitoring residents' vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse, and contributing to the development of resident care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
2. Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse.
3. Contribute to the development of resident care plans.
4. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this job include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. The employee must be able to effectively communicate with residents and other staff members. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
