Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safe chemical assessments to maintain appropriate levels.
  • Manage the draining and refilling of hot tubs as required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the hot tubs.
  • Perform minor repairs, including the replacement of components like pillow mounts and cover clips.
  • Maintain cleanliness in each unit serviced.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in both wet and dry environments.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
