We're seeking a skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team at The Devereux School For Integrated Learning. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your expertise will also be utilized to train staff teams and parents on the implementation of PBSPs and data collection.
Our treatment teams are multidisciplinary, consisting of professionals from various fields, including psychology, education, and healthcare. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with these teams to provide comprehensive support to our students.

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges, and disorders. Our services include psychiatric residential treatment, residential treatment, acute inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training, and social skills training.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders
- Significant experience writing Positive Behavior Support Plans and conducting FBAs, as well as training staff
