Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care to an assigned group of patients, prioritizing their needs and working effectively with the healthcare team.
- Facilitate a safe environment for patients and others, performing technical skills and procedures safely and efficiently.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, establishing priorities and managing potential risks to individual health.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify actions to improve patient care, seeking supervision and assistance when needed.
- Facilitate continuity of care, initiating and maintaining interventions to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program/school.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a related clinical area.
