Belles Beach House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Food and Beverages: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Anticipate and accommodate the needs of guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in Team Efforts: Participate in team efforts to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks with minimal fatigue.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities with ease.
