Position Summary
Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. is looking for a reliable Building Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our production and office areas in St. Louis, MO. As a key member of our facilities staff, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities
- Clean designated building areas, following all safety regulations
- Refill restroom and breakroom supplies as needed
- Empty trash and recycling
- Perform minor outdoor clean-up tasks as assigned
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as directed by management

Requirements
- Prior custodial experience preferred
- Ability to handle equipment and machinery safely
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, familiarity with Material Safety Data sheets
- High level of integrity and ability to work independently, positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and understand English

Compensation
- Competitive salary: $16/hr
