About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Norton, West Virginia. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting independence for patients in their homes.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be up to $120,000 per year, based on full-time employment and maximum productivity. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance functional status, mobility, endurance, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
  • Instruct patients and families on proper techniques and exercises to promote optimal recovery and independence.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with vehicle insurance. A strong understanding of home health therapy principles and practices is essential.
