Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder/Fabricator to join our team at Safe Boats International, LLC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for joining metal components and fabricating aluminum parts to build high-quality boats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clamp, hold, and tack-weld metal components to achieve precise configurations.
  • Grind and buff metal surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Operate various welding equipment, including MIG and plasma arc machines.
  • Position and secure work pieces using hoists, cranes, and hand tools.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in aluminum welding and fabrication.
  • Superior knowledge of production machinery and common hand tools.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld symbols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
