Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU nursing, preferably in a trauma or neuro-intensive care unit.
- A strong understanding of growth and development principles, with the ability to adapt care strategies to meet the unique needs of diverse patient populations.
- Anesthesia knowledge and ACLS certification highly valued.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania or eligibility for multistate licensure compact.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, based on education and experience.
