Responsibilities:
As a Home Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing evidence-based medical care by evaluating patient medical needs, treating chronic illnesses, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Examining and treating acute and chronic episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Maintaining accurate patient medical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this rewarding role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- An active state Nurse Practitioners license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- An active state DEA licensure.
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
